The year was 1943, and Jim and Alice Wimmer decided to take a big risk, buying a small existing roadside restaurant known for its char-broiled steaks. First time at Double Cut and it was a wonderful dinner experience! Our server Sara was super friendly and fun! The scallops and miso halibut was one of the best we’ve had. All the sides were perfect and the banana cheesecake was to die for! I’d definitely go back!

I celebrated my birthday here and had a lovely meal. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We had a drink at the bar before dinner.And that was a great experience as well.
