Our seasonal menu has something new weekly to freshen the compact yet diversified selections, specializing in sustainable fresh fish, natural meats, local seasonal produce and house made desserts. Our reasonably priced, exclusively California wine list has something for every palate. MONDAVI VISITORS: We are just five short minutes away. Be sure to check early in the week for reservations. Please be advised. Friday and Saturday's dinner service is Exclusive Omakase experience only. Omakase chef tasting menu is $175 Per Person (price does NOT include beverage and gratuity). Each section will take 120 minutes. (4:30pm to 6:30, 7:30 to 9:30)For all parties, 100% of cost per person + tax will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the reservation date will not be refunded. Cancellations made before the 72-hour time period will be refunded 50% of total cost per person + tax.Reduction in the number of guests in the party are subject to cancellation charge. Please be on time to enjoy all the courses. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.Omakase means a meal consisting of dishes selected by the chef.Chef will create some courses with seasonal, and best available ingredients.Please call Hikari (530) 564-4356 to request Tuesday to Thursday night dinner.     Amazing special dinner at Osteria Fasulo. I took my family of 5 to celebrate a couple of birthdays and we shared dishes. We have a couple of foodies in our family who appreciate good food. They raved about it. Everything from the appetizers to the desserts was amazing and the chef gave us a special appetizer, and birthday desserts. We had a wonderful time.

    We chose Hikari Sushi & Omakase to celebrate a special occasion. It was very much the experience we desired. Each bite was a different adventure and many of them will be remembered for years to come. The staff was wonderful, kind, and helpful. We enjoyed watching each course come together right in front of us and learning a good deal about where our food come from and what it was. We highly recommend this unforgettable experience!
