At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

Nami Nori is a casual, Japanese restaurant specializing in open-style temaki hand rolls, located in Montclair. The menu features signature hand rolls, including crunchy varieties, as well as classic versions, and a special vegan section. Please note that the grace period is 10 minutes for guests who are running late. Ah'pizz is a pizza restaurant offering authentic Neapolitan pizza. Many people know a Neapolitan-style pizza when they see one, but don't know what gives its distinctive look and taste. Ah'pizz is more than happy to educate its guests, ensuring diners know exactly why this pizza tastes so good. First, Ah'pizz' red sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that have been harvested from the volcanic plains surrounding Mt. Vesuvius. We LOVE the food @ Zeugma, SO many great choices on the menu; The service is attentive, friendly and professional. We keep returning because we love everything about Zeugma SO much. It is so hard to, but please try to leave room for desert. PLEASE order their incredible pistachio ice cream; home made, with just the right amount of sweet and nutty. Fresh ground nuts on top !

As usual, Laboratorio kitchen did not disappoint. The Sole was perfectly cooked and served hot over spinach and haricot verts…. And it was delicious. The appy’s and desserts were fresh and delicately prepared. Lastly, service was on point. Another great dinner experience, Bravo Laboratorio Kitchen.
