The Food was not realy Hot. The Sparerips and the Wings was only warm, but still good !

Very authentic Italian cooking, party of 9 enjoyed our meals, from the homemade lasagna to the Carbonara were delicious. Burata was fresh and creamy. Highly recommend Pappa Carlos if you are looking Italian in Amsterdam.

An incredible upscale atmosphere. Perfect for a leisurely meal. Service was excellent. Dj music was not overwhelming but well gauged for the atmosphere. Food was good for sharing and had a tapas feel. We had a table overlooking the canal. The decor was worth a visit. Only a short taxi ride from center.

Wat een heerlijk Italiaans restaurant! Vandaag samen met een collega een mooie deal gevierd. Zoals altijd heerlijk gegeten in combinatie met topbediening. De eigenaar Carlo Ferilli kwam zelf ook nog even aan tafel. Tot snel!
