We are a traditional taqueria that opened its doors in 2015.Our mission is to represent the best of Mexico through its street cuisine, especially tacos. We showcase the diverse regions of Mexico with offerings like Al Pastor tacos from Mexico City, Birria from Jalisco, Rib Eye from Monterrey, Rosarito tacos from Tijuana, Carnitas from Michoacán, and many more.We prepare our guacamole fresh every day and stone-grind our corn to make tortillas and other masa derivatives daily, seven days a week.We nixtamalize the corn by adding an alkaline solution (lime stone), and we take pride in honouring this millennia-old tradition. Our heirloom corn is imported straight from Oaxaca and other southern regions of Mexico.Additionally, we are affiliated with Terroir.mx, a private import agency that has been working with SAQ since 2011 to bring you exceptional liquors from Mexico.     C'était un enchantement que de célébrer Noël chez Kyo. Excellent service et personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Très belle musique de Noël également. La nourriture est sublime. Le boeuf était du vrai gâteau comme j'ai rarement mangé. Chaque plat était gouteux et la présentation un cadeau. Je recommande fortement si vous désirez un endroit raffiné. La salle a mangé est très confortable également. Une bonne ambiance, mais on s'entend toujours parler sans problème. Finalement, le fait que le restaurant soit une partie de l'Hotel Place d'Armes, c'est un beau plus que d'avoir le service de valet qui s'occupe de notre auto. J'espère y retourner pour passer une autre belle soirée. Merci pour cette soirée mémorable.

    We received a warm and welcoming greeting when we arrived for our lunch-including an offer to take and hang our winter coats. It felt like we were in a friend’s home. The staff was great team that kept everything at a relaxed but timely pace. Since the food is prepared fresh, our meal was tweaked for our liking. Everything about our experience was perfect.
