Now, you can fill up on fresh mountain trout, soup beans, and hoecakes and wash it down with local farm beer or fresh rosé. The perfect way to kick off Christmas! The restaurant's festive decorations set the mood beautifully. We enjoyed some time at the bar before dinner, which added to the experience. The food was outstanding—our table ordered the elk steak, venison, and red snapper, and every dish was a hit. Fine dining is a rare treat for us, so when we splurge, we want it to feel special. This meal did not disappoint - it was truly a memorable evening!

We had a very pleasant evening at the Embers restaurant. Really enjoyed the food and it wasn't too busy. Service was good and it was generally not noisy. The restaurant had a very impressive Christmas tree in the corner and a real log fire! Breakfast was good also.

Lovely venue …glad I had made reservations. Lunch was good but given name of restaurant, I was surprised @ menu choices (nothing French?). There were 4 of us and 1 was not a wine drinker so it was nice that they had beer on the menu. We enjoyed it & will go back.
