Here at Salt, we are creating a modern oyster bar with a hip vibe serving up a large variety of fresh local oysters, as well as oysters from around the US. We will offer a seafood inspired seasonal menu both in our casual bar and our elegant dining room. We will also offer many innovative dishes including a variety of local meats along with plenty of vegetarian options. We aim to create an inviting atmosphere for everyone with our warm décor and friendly staff. Our full bar will feature a variety of signature cocktails and revolving creative small plates. We were a table of 4 & ordered different appetizers and my husband & I split a salad which was a nice size portion for each of us. The steaks we ordered were cook exactly med as ordered & were delicious. The deserts were also delicious.

Four out of 6 picked the filet mignon and 2 ,the grouper. all enjoyed their picksThere were a variety of appetizers ,sides and desserts ,chosen which all enjoyed The portions were large enough to share. we were 6 women and were their for date night to celebrate a birthday. Our food choices were off that menu. and this was about the 5th year we have celebrated there . We were disappointed there was a $15 up charge for the steak, but still felt it was great price for the dinners .

Really enjoyed my birthday dinner at this wonderful restaurant. Ambiance was dark and intimate, food was delicious but the best was how friendly and attentive the staff was! We fully enjoyed the wine pairing and our wine guide was incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely made the experience memorable. Food was outstanding but it is the service that will make us go back!
