The Brewery operates on a walk-in basis, it can fill up quick, so Best to book a table no matter the size of your group to avoid disappointment.Located in the heart of Penrith, our brand new small-batch brewing facility is open to the public and offers our visitors an immersive brewery experience. Sit and drink some of our finest craft beers from the bar and enjoy a hearty feast, while you watch our brewmasters hard at work. As we’re a manufacturing facility and brew our craft beer on site, you’ll experience the smells and sounds of our brewing process in a laid-back, friendly atmosphere. At Mayfield, we celebrate fresh and local. We take great pride that the produce served at Mayfield is grown onsite in our garden and the remainder is handpicked from local partners. So as you wander through the Garden Centre in the morning, you may well be eating from its bounty a little later in the day. Because we grow our produce, our menu changes with the seasons. The kitchen garden team chat daily with our chefs to make plans and sow the seeds, and when those fruits and vegetables are at their seasonal best, that’s what you’ll find on our menu. You can also take a piece of Mayfield home with you. Choose from our very own delicious jams, chutneys and oils along with other local merchandise. It was fantastic, we were there for my mother’s 81st Birthday. Everyone was feed and watered, plus we took home some sneaky takeaway beverages. The candy cane sour is sensational!!

8 of us had a lovely lunch at Blaq today, the food was excellent, the service was friendly and professional with great 'timing' and the ambience is modern, light and fresh. Good value too, well worth it. Rest of my group from Sydney kept congratulating me on a great choice of restaurant 😊 Thankyou Blaq! ❤️
