Night Shift Natick joins Level99, a challenge-based entertainment concept, located on the second floor of the Natick Mall, to bring the Best of Boston Detroit-style pizza, amazing craft beer and curated list of cocktails, wines, seltzers and spirits. Offering a physical open-world game environment, groups of 2-6 guests choose from over 40 rooms, each containing a physical or mental team challenge. Coupled with craft drinks & food, Level99 is an award-winning entertainment experience designed for young adults. Level99 welcomes groups from 15-500.     Food was very good. Veggie & gluten-free folks didn't have much trouble finding something yummy, but not clear there was another entree each would want if we came back. Service was good. Cheapest wine was a bit high. But ambience didn't work for us at all. Seats hard and uncomfortable; and very noisy. Was hard to have the nuanced conversation we had hoped to have. Disappointing that view was of empty pickleball courts at that hour. Guess we should have expected no outside windows, but wouldn't want to come there in daylight hours.

    I would rate 10 stars if I could! If you're planning a night out for a great dining experience or looking for a bite while out shopping for the day, I highly recommend Night Shift Kitchen & Tap. The food and drinks are all made in-house, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent as well. We experienced a mix-up with our reservations, but the General Manager went above and beyond to accommodate our party and enhance our dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the future!

    The staff were friendly and responded to our requests. There was a drop spotlight at our table that was very bright and directly hit my eyes. I asked the waiter if it could be fixed and he put a cover over it. The food and mai tai drinks were great. The spicy chicken, Mongolian beef, chicken & beef fried rice were delicious. The rewards program continues to offer us incentives to keep returning.
