We do have a lot of fun at Georgia Sea Grill, but we take our commitment to the freshest ingredients very seriously. That's why we grow our own. Only by sourcing our favorite vegetables, fruits and herbs right here at our own Potlikker farm can we be absolutely assured that we are serving nothing but the freshest, healthiest seasonal flavors. Once perfectly-plated with locally-sourced seafood, beef, pork, lamb, poultry, or our own Satilla Ponds farm-raised catfish, you will see and taste the difference that locally-grown brings to the table.

Located just north of the Demere Rd. round-a-bout in Redfern Village, in the heart of St. Simons Island, we offer a full bar, a wide selection of appetizers and seafood with an extensive raw bar and feature a pristine marsh view.     Our 1st time here! We had such a great experience. Our server Mackenzie was very friendly & made great suggestions for every course. We started with a Holiday Sangria & calamari—-the calamari was delicious & great sauce. Our main entrees included redfish, flounder & seared scallops. You can chose how your want your fish prepared from 3 different selections. The scallops were huge & came with collards & whir rice peas…the sauce was delicious! Their dessert list is long. We opted for pecan & their special satsuma cheesecake—it definitely felt holiday with a ginger/orange flavor. Enjoy your dinner as all the servers have a great attitude. It’s elevated food in an open & warm environment! I would definitely go back for their small plates of oysters or mussels!

    My husband & I love sitting at the bar at Halyard’s for a martini and a good meal. Last night I ordered the chopped wedge salad and a bowl of the crab soup, which is hard to get and is always delicious here. Classic low-country “she-crab” soup. Adding sherry as the menu provides, is a must.

    The food was fantastic. My husband had the lamb amazing. Mike, the bartender, took such great care of us . It was both our birthdays. Thank you, Mike, for making our night more special!
