Named for an endearing Vietnamese phrase shared between friends and family, Di An Di translates to “let’s go eat” and specializes in modern Vietnamese fare. Owned and operated by first-generation Vietnamese-Americans, the cuisine is rooted in tradition with a focus on innovation, led by Executive Chef Caroline Hahm. The restaurant's signature dish, Pho Thin Hanoi, is a northern-style pho that captures the essence of Vietnamese flavors.     A lovely welcome from start to finish, first visit & the Carmine way was explained to avoid us over ordering our waitress Marianne was informative, friendly & warm. A wholesome portion of mozzarella topped garlic bread to share between two of us, the portion was huge & delicious - we were unable to finish the dish. The lasagne was to die for, tasty & hearty but again too big for the two of us & we can normally eat well. I can honestly say we have officially been Carmined, recommended by fellow Brits & I will be returning with my experience & recommending to fellow travellers, thank you Carmines x

    Wonderful unique Viet dishes. Stands out were the spring rolls and omelette cake for starters and the turmeric dish and roasted chicken were entree stand outs. The pho was a little disappointing the broth didn’t had the fresh flavor taste I normally enjoy and the pork skewer sausage was too fatty for me. Overall - Excellent.
