The Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt, nestled within Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, offers an intimate 12-seat fine dining journey that reimagines modern classic French cuisine with refined Asian influences. The restaurant marks Chef Brandt’s debut in the U.S. after years of honing his culinary point of view and receiving numerous awards and accolades, including leading multiple Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2013 when he was the head chef at OPUS V the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars and at the time he was the youngest chef in Germany to lead a two-star kitchen. More recently, in 2022 Epoca by Tristan Brandt in Switzerland was awarded one Michelin star. Chef Tristan Brandt and Chef de Cuisine Timo Steubing showcase an exquisite balance of French tradition and contemporary innovation. Fifi's Place only uses locally caught and or sustainable fish. Long known by locals for its outstanding freshness, Fifi's Seafood has been discovered by visitors to our area as well. This has led to a recent expansion of the restaurant into the adjoining store front and has more than doubled the seating capacity. Famous for its seafood Paella and fresh Hog Snapper caught by local divers daily, we also offer the freshest stone crabs when in season and Florida lobster. Tambourines is a Michelin star restaurant. We had 7-course tasting meal tonight. It was a delightful experience. The food was delicious. The presentations were beautiful. The service was impeccable. The whole dinner lasted about 2 1/2 hours. Highly recommended if you want to have the Michelin experience.

The food was amazing - we ordered a bunch of items and split them. The salads were incredible - they gave us turkish tea and coffee and that was amazing. Would highly recommend!
