Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi.     Valet was fast and professional. Bar area and service was nice. Manager/host was very pleasant and accommodating, seated us quicky, at a nice table, although we were still waiting on one more to join our party. Waitress was great. Food was delicious, one of the best steaks I'd ever eaten. Restaurant was a tad bit dark for me, dimly lit, but that's just me. Otherwise, and overall wonderful experience.

    Love this place! It’s easy to see why they were packed with customers last night. Fresh and high quality food, great and attentive service, super delicious meals, and a dessert called the napoleon that is unreal. This place is a gem. Can’t wait to come back in a few weeks.

    3rd return to this very classy Asian eatery.. love the service and friendly greeting at their cute little bar while waiting for guests.. great cocktails! A little pricey, but great selection of dishes and generous portions.. excellent for a special night out.
