Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty. The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. With 180 degree elevated views of the ocean, and beside the Bight Park the this Mediterranean, costal-living, fine dining restaurant is focused on food and celebrating life. It seeks to create a memorable atmosphere through architecture, food, service, music, lighting, and ambiance. The focus is to bring people together at the same table through the celebration of culinary art. Dishes are crafted by Executive Sous Chef Dennis Omega to stimulate the senses with delicate aromas, bold flavors, vibrant colors and textural contrast. Signature dishes include raw fish dishes, swordfish crudo, Duo of Tuna, vegetarian options such as tomato tartare and truffle gnocci, and lush dishes beef tenderloin with potato cube gratins and NY strip steak. The goal is to provide guests with a gastronomic journey - both indulgent and memorable. The restaurant is part of a larger project on the site that boasts elevated 180 degree views of the ocean The Bight by Dream Hotel Group.

The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM. Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM. When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

Like Point Grace, Grace’s Cottage is an architectural gem, replete with bright white gingerbread trim and fretwork against shades of peach/coral with lime green touches.     This was the most amazing place! Service, food, ambience, and all around the best! Was not stuffy, bartenders are funny and great at what they do. Food was exceptional! A must when you are in Turks and Caicos!

    This is our 2nd time on the island, each around 4-5 days and this was definitely the best meal, and the only good one, we have had here. The food was decadent, the service by Ariel was super kind and friendly, the ambiance was great. Chef Andrew has visited the tables including ours to introduce himself, answer questions and make recommendations which was a beautiful touch. We have two more nights here. We are trying the Blue Watwe Bistro also by chef Andrew tonight and are planning on going back to Indigo for our final night during this trip.

    Located on the beach, but not on the sand. Lovely location and atmosphere. The food was excellent, each plate a work of art. Our group of 4 had Grilled Lobster Tail, Salad with Tuna, Ribeye Steak and Grilled Grouper. All were prepared to perfection, with a perfect char on the steak, unexpected in a place that specializes in seafood. We were well cared for by our server Bodmin! Definitely recommend!

    We had a very nice dinner at Bugaloos. Good drinks, tasty food, just was very surprised no one else was there, we had the restaurant to ourselves!
