Novotel Ottawa​附近的餐廳

I brought my niece who loves to play tea time for afternoon tea earlier today. She received the Princess tower and a regular tower for myself. From the moment I entered the establishment I was warmly welcomed. Every member of staff was exceptional. They were all poised, professional and considerate. The tea time went beyond great customer service, it was truly an experience of luxury. I cannot wait to visit Zoe's again and thorough enjoy myself once again.

Food was exceptions and the service for our group was warm, attentive and accommodating

Service was outstanding; attentive, friendly but not overbearing. Food was excellent especially the starter and the wild cod. A couple of items were missing. Please switch US wines for Canadian or European.

The food here is delicious and filling, and the ambience is lovely with the soft lighting and deep colours, and the hanging decorations over the bar. The carpets and upholstery help keep the noise level moderate. But what stands out even more is the staff! Everyone is gracious, warm, helpful, and personal to just the right degree: from the hostess when you arrive, to the man retrieving your coat when you leave. Also a nice touch is that if you're taking leftovers home, you're given a bag to carry them in, which is much appreciated. Our server was Chelsey P and she's a star! Great sense of humour, excellent advice and suggestions on food and wine, and seems to have a second sense for exactly when to stop by and check on things. This place is expensive, but if you want a special treat, you can't go wrong. Highly recommended.

My wife and I went to Embers on a mid-week night. The food was good, but it took a long time for someone to take our order and to b served. It had been a particularly pleasant day in early spring and the server said that had driven up their business and affected service.
