Ēma is a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants located at 1320 Patriot Blvd. The menu, crafted by Chef Partner CJ Jacobson features spreads, dips and assorted mezze, Mediterranean small plates, with an emphasis on Hummus & Spreads, Raw, Vegetables and Kebabs. Signature dishes include Moroccan Onion Dip, Spinach & Feta Spread, Tahini Caesar Salad, Octopus Carpaccio and Spicy Brisket Kefta Kebab. The beverage program showcases cocktails with flavors crafted from Mediterranean ingredients like chinola, fig, fresno chile and coriander. The wine program, curated by Sommelier John C. Slatter, features a globally sourced list of over 70 selections with a strong focus on wineries practicing organic and natural production across the Mediterranean, including ancient grape varieties from Greece, Lebanon and Italy.

A Classic French Bistro in the heart of Edison Park has been a dream of Executive Chef and owner Joe Calabrese for several years. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N. Northwest Highway) in 1997, he was sharpening his professional – and knife – skills at several well-respected Chicago dining establishments including Ambria, Spiagia, Un Grand Cafe and the Park Hyatt.     We occasionally go to Wildfire in Glenview, Illinois. We have never had a bad experience there. The food is great, the service is great, there is no problem parking, we never wait when we get in, although we always make a reservation. Our most recent trip was for Thanksgiving and the meal was excellent. It is a must try restaurant for sure!

    It was our first time on Thanksgiving Day, loved it. My friends and I meet up on the day of Thanksgiving for lunch every year and the restaurant we used to go to closed down. We’ve been trying to find a new place and we decided this is the place to go every year now! Loved their Thanksgiving menu and it was delicious!!

    This was our first visit to the new Ema Restaurant in Glenview. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday. The restaurant decor was beautiful, the server Ellie was very friendly and helpful in explaining our choices on the menu. Our meal was delicious and we enjoyed our selections and were happy with the delicious Greek Yogurt dessert for the birthday girl which we all happily shared with her. We give Ema 10 stars and will be returning and we will recommend your restaurant to everyone! The Kupperman Family
