The Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt, nestled within Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, offers an intimate 12-seat fine dining journey that reimagines modern classic French cuisine with refined Asian influences. The restaurant marks Chef Brandt’s debut in the U.S. after years of honing his culinary point of view and receiving numerous awards and accolades, including leading multiple Michelin-starred restaurants.     Everything was excellent from the service to the food. We arrived 3 hours early to see if they could seat us and they weee able to accommodate us with no problem. Highly recommend and will be back very soon.

    While visiting Miami with my husband and daughter, I wanted to show them this building which was once a cool but rundown apartment building known as the Amsterdam in the 1980s, when I lived there - before Gianni Versace bought it and turned it into his home. It took me back in time as the entry and lobby is still very much the same, and the walkway to the dining area, which was approx where the door to apt 106 once was. Being there brought back some great memories. The dining area was once another building which GV knocked down to make room for his patio and pool, behind which stands a beautiful, somewhat ostentatious, mosaic tiled wall which fortunately did not cross the line into gaudiness.

    Totally SEXY VIBE. Around 7:00pm is absolutely packed and you can barely move around. After 9:00 you can finally have an audible conversation. Amazing fire dancing entertainment. Visually stimulating in every way. Aesthetically pleasing. Very expensive. AMAZING SERVICE. DELICIOUS FOOD. Unforgettable experience.

    An absolutely great find! My husband and I have already been twice in the last week. The food is very good and fairly priced. Service is friendly and efficient and ambience is so pleasant compared to anything within 20 blocks both south and north. Small, cozy, relaxed and charming. We will keep going back!
