Palette provides a colorful dining experience with an American inspired menu featuring in-house cut steaks and 21-day aged 100% black Angus beef.As we inherited a space as historical as the former Mautz Paint Company warehouse, we had to do it justice. We kept our building’s architectural features intact while updating the space with contemporary design elements and nostalgic touches.     Wow. That was delicious. Our server was Luis who was very pleasant (had to flag him down a couple times but overall did a great job). Drinks were served fairly quickly (old fashions and black manhattans were tasty). Started with the bread and butter. 3 types of "toppings" on the butter and it was a fun way to start the meal with warm bread. Then we shared a caesar salad that was prepared with some crispy cheese on top and not drenched in dressing. The lobster bisque was like a miso soup meets bisque, different and good but not sure if I would get it again. I had the filet and my wife had the salmon with the skin cooked to a crisp and both were cooked beautifully. Highly recommend.

    Our meal was excellent and the service was great. It was quite dim in the restaurant and without a small lamp or something like that on the table my parents had to use their phones to read the menus. It was not too loud which was nice and the meal did not feel rushed. The wedge salad was to die for and the steak/scallop special was mouth watering.
