The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house. Pasta favorites include gnocchi with roasted leeks, parmesan cream and basil purée, Spaghettini with tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and parmigiano and also our wild mushroom risotto. Our go to place in Victoria. Love the idea of 1/2 servings to combine an entre with a pasta. Love the energy. Food is always predictably good. Greg (previous owner) always made you feel welcome, and that has not changed with the new ownership and experienced staff. Thanks all!

I feel terrible as I forget our amazing servers name…. What a GREAT server, unbelievable food, perfect setting and all around great experience. 3 of us had our annual best friends Christmas dinner and Zambri’s always knocks it out of the park.
