Little Ollie's is a Chinese restaurant in Aspen, Colorado. It has an atmosphere of casual elegance and features both indoor and outdoor dining rooms, depending on the weather during the year. Fabulous everything. Service was super attentive and excellent. Every item ordered was cooked to perfection. Sushi is outstanding. Steaks are done just right and full of flavor. Would visit here every time we are back in Aspen. This should be a go to whenever visiting Aspen.

Our appetizer (lobster dynamite), sashimi (yellow tail) , and sushi (house roll) were excellent, however our main dishes were disappointing. Salmon teriyaki was small and very dry with a huge mound of rice and mediocre vegetables. The sea bass special was loaded with bones in every bite, although the server offered to have it deboned. The drinks were great. The server was excellent, and the 20% gratuity was included in the check, even on a party of two.
