Brasserie la Banque is a neighborhood French restaurant nestled in historic downtown Charleston, SC. Located on Charleston's historic Broad Street, Oak Steakhouse is a classic American steakhouse. A classic array of both wet and dry aged Certified Angus® Beef are featured on the menu. Ingredients are sourced locally and regionally from sustainable farmers and fisherman to accent the steakhouse menu. The Peacock is an art deco-inspired setting with distinct spaces on each floor - spanning 12,000 sq ft. We offer something for everyone at any time of day. The main dining will be open from 11:30a.m. - 10 p.m. daily for lunch, and dinner (and stays open until 2 a.m. for cocktails). Our second-floor peacock lounge opens daily at 5 p.m. and stays open until 2 a.m. Also on the second floor, you will find V's our entertainment space where you can see a show or have a VIP experience dancing the night away.     Visited for restaurant week. Had French onion soup which was just ok- pretty bland. But the filet was the main event and it did not disappoint. It was excellent. Service was fantastic. Would definately visit again

    Amen Street Fish and Raw Bar is a delightful restaurant! We were in town with my mother in law for the weekend and found Amen on Google. After reading the reviews were knew we had to eat here. The decor is welcoming and warm and the noise level is just right. I never felt like I had to yell or repeat myself with my companions. We started dinner with an order of Hush Puppies and the Date Salad for the table and I had the She Crab Soup. We all agreed that the Hush Puppies were the best we've ever had! The date salad with the arugula and goat cheese and dates, delicious!! If you love She Crab Soup ORDER THIS ONE!! It was so good with lumps of crab meat and you could taste the sherry in it. For our mains we ordered Bourbon Glazed Salmon Filet, New Bedford Sea Scallops with a crab cake on the side, and an order of Grilled Salmon, Broccolini, and a side of Creamed Corn. Everything was out of this world delicious!! I would go back just for the creamed corn alone! Bottom line, if you're in Charleston or planning to go to Charleston and haven't decided where to eat yet, look no farther than AMEN STREET FISH AND RAW BAR. We will definitely be back!!!
