KANU is a brand new 3-story restaurant, nightclub & rooftop patio located in the heart of downtown Old Town. The first floor offering an array of ambient possibilities; catering to all types of gatherings, both large and small.NOTES: Booking “Bar” is a seat on the 1st floor or 3rd bar*, there are no tables.Booking “Counter” is an outdoor seat at our chair rail on our rooftop.*Booking “Outdoors” is a table on our rooftop.**Guests must be able to walk up multiple flights of stairs. This outdoor seating experience is not undercover. In the case of rain, inclement weather, or extreme cold rescheduling/relocation may be necessary.**20% gratuity will be added on tables of 6 or larger.** 20% gratuity will be added on parties exceeding an hour after restaurant closes.

Welcome to The Tarratine. We focus on providing an elegant yet approachable experience for our community. Created with skill and passion, the menu features an exciting array of seafood, streak, brunch foods, and signature items from our Executive Chef and his culinary team. This is within our historic gentlemen's social club, built-in 1907. Our spacious venue allows for individual experiences in various spaces, including our rooftop terrace. The Tarratine provides a variety of spirits, cocktails, local brews on tap, and an approachable wine list. Parties of 12 - 18 guests will be offered a reduced restaurant menu.Parties with 19+ guests, please call us at 207-992-4090, and someone will love to talk to you about your special night.We allow you to bring in a cake from state-licensed bakeries; a $5 per person cutting fee will be added to the final bill.Due to the historic nature of the building, our upper levels are not handicap accessible.

Novio’s is an inspired bistro offering a small and selective menu that includes items that are representative of the education, training, travels and experiences of our team.  We feature meats & seafood and produce from local farms, fisherman and other purveyors. Novio’s offers a full service bar that showcases an elegant yet approachable wine list, craft beers, and signature cocktails and an extensive scotch & bourbon list. Jordan Pond House, a restaurant and shop with a long tradition within Acadia National Park, sits on a hill overlooking a beautiful lawn along the Jordan Pond. Guests have been enjoying these amazing views and dining at this site since 1893 when Nellie McIntire, the first proprietor, started baking and serving her famous popovers out of the restaurant. Ever since then, we have been serving popovers and tea.Please note: Reservations may be made for inside dining only. Due to weather variability, we are unable to accommodate reservations for the lawn. Please inform the host at the time of your arrival if you would prefer outdoor seating, and we would be happy to accommodate your request, pending availability.

Havana has been committed to serving local and organic meats, produce and seafood since it opened 25 years ago. All of our meats are “naturally raised” meaning no steroids, antibiotics or hormones and “humanely raised” meaning room to roam, proper shelter and gentle handling. We make every effort to buy only sustainably harvested seafood, primarily from the Gulf of Maine. We have consistently searched out New England farmers and fisherfolk to purchase product that is not only great tasting but great for the environment and local economy as well.

    This was a date night/staycation with my husband. And we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were surprised by the menu and how effortlessly it flowed. 100% would recommend to anyone willing to try something new and quiet!

    The restaurant was amazing. The ambiance was perfect for nice date night. The service was amazing. The added features on the 2nd and 3rd floor of games is fun. The food was very good. We started with calamari which was good then I had the steak and my husband had the lobster seafood sausage stew. I think the steak was good but the calamari and the stew were excellent.

    We recently had the pleasure of dining at Kanu, to celebrate a good friend’s birthday, and it was an excellent experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting with an upscale decor. The food was beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's exceptional skill and attention to detail, and most importantly- delicious! The service was prompt and courteous taking care to address any questions and making us feel valued as guests. I would like to give special recognition to the chef who provided service that went above and beyond. Based on my notes when making the reservation, he took the time to research the sourcing of certain food to ensure specific dietary needs were considered. It's rare to find such a commitment to guest satisfaction and it truly elevated our dining experience. We are already looking forward to a return visit!

    It took a month to get in and it was worth it. I had frequented the pond house when I was young (35 yrs ago) and I had been wanting to get back. It was as good as I remember. Staff got us in earlier than our reservation time, waitstaff were friendly and welcoming and the popovers and jam are the best I’ve had! Definitely worth the visit/experience.

    We traveled over five hours from Massachusetts to check out a local college and stayed overnight in Bangor. My nephew loves BWW and it was a great time to relax with him after a long day. The food was perfect and the wait staff was great. Highly recommended
