With executive chef Joseph Nardo in our kitchen, and known Capitol Hill restaurant alumni Bart Hutchins on our floor; come and join us for cocktails, wines, and well composed french dishes in the evening. Or if you are an early bird, we have a full cafe and daytime service offering our house blend espresso, a beautiful selection of teas, and a separate daytime food menu to help you start your day. Off the record, Hawk ’N’ Dove is basically a Washington monument. It reflects an older Washington that believed in politics, not just politicking.     Super Restaraunt. Very good atmosphere, friendly wait staff, very good price point. Reservations are highly recommended as this is a local go-to. There are four bars in the restaurant, one in each corner. So, while this is a white linen dining experience, you must not think of it as posh or fine dining given the tavern extraordinaire atmosphere. It obviously has the DC charm of “Cheers” sans Norm and Sam, with a kicked up level regarding the dining. Very tasty meal, great selection of cuisine. I highly recommend OEG.

    First time at Zaytinya and it exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of tastings, each one delectable. The white wine I ordered was delicious. Our waiter was very responsive, attentive and helpful with suggestions. We had a quiet table in the lower area - which allowed for conversation. I will be back!

    We had a work holiday party for 10 people and everyone loved their food, service was great, and we could (mostly) hear each other across the tables. And it was a great value for DC.

    If I could give 10/10 I would!! From start to finish, food, service, atmosphere, 😘👌🏽. They were going to be a little late seating us so they sat us in cute settees with some bubbly, which was so kind, and perfect to toast our graduate!! We were seated after a bit, our dishes came out quickly and they were absolutely delicious!! We finished with some beignets and pavlova for the perfect evening with family!!! Thank you, thank you!!

    Had a special dinner with our son and daughter-in-law, with the counter experience. We were able to enjoy over a dozen dishes, from snacks, appetizers, main entrees and dessert. All at the counter watching the cooks. We added wine pairing. They treated us as special guests and saw to all our needs. Wonderful dinner!
