The Oaks Restaurant and Tavern at the Sugar Hill Inn is a romantic getaway known for culinary adventure. Chef Collin puts his own "fusion" spin on traditional fine dining options with a constant rotation of presentations and pairings. Over the years I have traveled extensively throughout Italy in search of new ideas, recipes, and great wines to bring back to Three Tomatoes. The source of inspiration continues to be the simple, fresh, healthy and local foods of Trattoria style cooking. Eating in a Trattoria in Italy is like eating with an Italian family. The mood can be relaxed or boisterous, but always friendly. It is a home away from home and a gathering place for friends. I have tried to capture the warmth of the trattoria kitchen with its open fire, the aroma of simmering sauces, roasted meats, grilled fish and pizza baking in our custom built wood fired oven. Our newly revised wine list has been enhanced by selections of distinction and value inspired by attending Vinitaly, Slow Food's Terra Madre and visiting vineyards throughout Italy, Sicily and Sardinia. Three Tomatoes has captured some of the spirit that makes wine, food, and conviviality such an important part of trattoria life.

    This was our third visit to The Three Tomatos. The first two times were fantastic. Last night was not very good My husband had Chicken Saltinbocca which was delicious. I had Eggplant Parmigiano. Well first of all the presentation was terrible. It looked like the sauce was all pushed forward like the dish was thrown together, the sauce was all piled up on one side, the Eggplant was horribly over cooked, dry and burned, as I was eating the pasta I saw too much water left in the plate, which means it wasn't drained properly. I should have sent it back but I chose not to. I hope this is not a sign of declining service

    My husband and I went to Adair Inn for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. Kelly took good care of us and was attentive while not hovering. We have been to Adair for dinner several times and will continue to visit. Thanks!!

    My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience dining here for his birthday! We had the curry puffs, Khao Soi, and tofu pho. They were all unbelievably delicious! Our drink were equally delicious! We got the spicy rita and the white elephant mocktail. The service was very nice and they sweetly brought over desert for his birthday with a candle in it without us even having to ask. Also, our table by the window was very cute!
