Roberto Paciullo opened his namesake restaurant almost twenty years ago. Since then it has become a neighborhood favorite and a destination for those visiting Arthur Avenue. He prepares the cuisine of his beloved hometown Salerno, Italy. The specials change weekly and reflect Roberto's creative use of the local ingredients from pasta in cartoccio to the perennial favorite veal osso buco.Now closed Mondays for the time being.

Since 1919, Mario’s Restaurant, a landmark located in the heart of the “real Little Italy” of the Bronx, Arthur Avenue, has been serving robust, authentic Neapolitan fare for five generations.
