Pretty decent experience, I asked for a dirty martini and received it dry. Sigh! Otherwise ok

The restaurant was crowded on a Friday night so we had to wait for service. Once acknowledged, things moved along. The beef ribs were juicy and delicious. The tri tip was cooked well done and on the dry side. The mac and cheese, brussell sprouts and strawberry fields salad were excellent. The foccaccio bread was perfection. This was our first visit and we will come back again.

Our first time here and we really enjoyed it. We were there during happy hour, the margaritas and birria tacos were delicious. The food was to die for. Our table ordered carne asada, mole enchilada, green chili chicken enchilada’s and ceviche. Each item was flavorful and very good. We are looking forward to our next visit. The only 2 star rating I would give is waitress, waiter and hostess came to check on our table and service waaaaay to many times. Kept interrupting our conversations. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal .

Arrived around 4:00pm to enjoy happy hour before dinner. Good and tasty cocktails. Edamame appetizer was good and plentiful. Bartender Sunni was nice, helpful and fun to talk to. Restaurant gets busy after 6:00pm. Atmosphere gets more lively. Lots of good food options for dinner. From my observations some of the chefs are more talkative and entertaining than others. The food was good. The wait staff was attentive, nice and friendly. Overall a good experience.

I have been going to Porter's for at least 35 years though only on occasion. During that time it has been where I go and take friends for dinner when near Ontario Airport. It has always had premier service. food, and ambiance. Yesterday's dinner was no exception.
