Lechon is a South American dining experience that seamlessly combines the fiery cooking of Argentina, Chile and Patagonia, along with creative inspiration of the chef. Smith comes from a large family of cattle, sheep and grain farmers. He started cooking at a young age in his mother’s kitchen. James Beard-nominated, Chef's Prix Fixe Tasting Experience by Executive Chef Jose Camarena, recontextualizes Mexican cuisine and culture through Storytelling. We exclusively offer a prix fixe tasting menu experience, with 7-Course and a 10-Course options. Both experiences are meant to honor the complex history that created each dish, as well as leave a lasting impact on all those who taste this beautiful food and listen to our stories.     We had the radicchio salad, beef and pork gnocchi and tagliata. The salad was so fresh and delicious, the Caesar style dressing was absolutely to die for and it wasn’t overdressed (which is a usual problem for me). The beef and pork gnocchi was soft and tender, and the ragu was so flavorful. The tagliata was cooked to perfection and the chimichurri was the perfect compliment. I’m really glad I didn’t let the string of poor reviews impact my decision to dine here. Perfect atmosphere, impeccable service and some of the best Italian food I’ve had in a while. Brava Nostrana!

    The views from the restaurant are amazing! The table was perfect, just what we needed for our business meeting. The management was very accommodating when I had to add additional seating the day before. The staff showed us exceptional service and was super friendly plus very knowledgeable about the menu. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back!

    It was an easy walk from the Convention Center. Happy Hour was great food at reasonable prices. Cocktails delicious. Server kind and available.
