Baldo Vino over the years has been able to grow more and more in quality, both for the gastronomic and for the oenological proposal, but also for the service in the dining room and for the attention to detail. Since March 2024 Baldo Vino has moved to a location of great charm and history, the seventeenth-century Palazzo Cancellieri in via Curtatone and Montanara, in the historic center of Pistoia.
