Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs.     Very nice ambiance to the restaurant. The staff was so nice and made sure to check in plenty. Food was great, probably some of the best food from a restaurant I’ve had in a while. Just everything about this place is very nice from the look of the place to the service. If you ever wanna have a nice night out I would definitely recommend this place.

    Mahogany made our 12 wedding anniversary super special. Everyone staff who walked by wished us a Happy Anniversary. The wait staff was superb, food too notch. The new place is beautiful. I cant recommend this place highly enough.
