FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. Cellars running under all three structures hold kitchens, wine cellars & services for the dining areas.Due to the integrity of the menu, dietary preferences/aversions will not be accommodated.     Great experience! Went on a Thursday night. Super romantic and cozy. Chicken parm & olive oil cake was great. I never eat veal and opted for the Milanese. Not the best idea but it was still good just not my thing. Portions were generous. Our server Rachel was 10/10. She was so sweet and kind. Our drinks were perfect. Would def recommend to anyone!

    We have been to Rothman's many times and always enjoy our experience. The food is always excellent. My personal preference is the porterhouse. Our server was amazing, very attentive, kind and courteous. It was our wedding anniversary, and it was so nice that this was recognized. It makes it extra special. Just a suggestion if booking for an anniversary or birthday, request main dining room. It's much more romantic and livelier.

    1st time here, had lunch, sat by the window and it was truly lovely. The staff was very nice and very attentive, the ambiance was very nice and the food was delicious!!! I Definitely will be back!
