Inspired by the flower of the same name, La Bauhinia offers a unique atmosphere in the heart of our Palace. Above the restaurant, the extraordinary glass "dome", designed by the famous architect Maurice Gras, bathes the restaurant in light and the Palace beats to the rhythm of exceptional culinary moments, from first coffee to last nightcap. Breakfasts offer a refuge for travelers and Parisian early birds, while lunches and dinners are orchestrated by Executive Chef Quentin Testart, who unveils a seafood cuisine to be shared, with French refinement and worldwide flavors.The sweet offer is signed by Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot, and can be savored as a dessert, or during the privileged weekend rendez-vous: the teatime on Saturdays and Sundays, or the iconic Sunday brunch.

Europe's first Shang Palace opened in Paris in 2011 and the very next year it became the only Chinese restaurant in France to be awarded a Michelin star.Inspired by Southeast China's culinary traditions, the restaurant offers authentic Chinese cuisine imagined by Chef Tony Xu.In the spectacular hall of this palace, an elevator takes you to a cosy room. No window here but a subdued light, a soft carpet, an imperial decoration and wood for a refined and calm atmosphere, allowing to taste his duck lacquered sheltered from prying eyes.The venue includes a main dining room and two private dining rooms; Tang can host until 12 guests and Qing Ming has a capacity of 24 guests maximum.

    Went here for my husband's 60th birthday while we were vacationing with our kids in Paris. The food is wondering and you can't beat the view of the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to ask for patio seating though, if the weather is appropriate. My only complaint is that there were quite a few smokers sitting nearby, but it was for the most part, fine. Highly recommend coming here for a special occasion.
