We pride ourselves in being one of the top steakhouses in the Hudson Valley, we age our meat in house, and get fresh seafood straight from NYC twice a week and have a great selection of craft beer and an extensive wine list. PLEASE NOTE reservations are required on weekends and holidays. We do require a credit card when booking for groups 5 and larger.Our seasonal outdoor dining is now open. We recommend bringing a sweater for the evenings in the Catskills tend to get a little cool and we do not always have the ability to move folks inside on weekends. It was an exceptional experience, it’s very hard to get everything right, food, service, decor, etc. The menu was as exciting to read as to taste, the flavors profiles of each dish was wonderfully crafted, there is no other way to describe it. The timing of each dish, the portions, the textures, everything on point. We had Mike guiding us and facilitating our spectacular gastronomical journey. Last night was such a treat, hats off to Chef Jonas and the team. Keep up the outstanding work that you doing!

Very excellent cuisine and service. Price is steep. They already give 20% of the bill to support the student servers, which I don't object to, as I like to help them in their education. But that should be made more clear before even more money is solicited for the same cause, when you prepare to pay. Aside from that I highly recommend the experience.
