The Michelin starred restaurant Il Palagio, nestled within the Four Seasons Hotel Florence, offers an impeccable service together with a refined and elegant ambient. Il Palagio is open Tuesday to Saturday from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Outdoor service is available only during summer time, weather permitting. Kindly note that the tasting menus are served for the whole table and are available until 9.30.Executive Chef Paolo Lavezzini will arouse your curiosity with contemporary dishes filled with playful surprises, tinting your senses with flavours, perfumes and consistencies. The most genuine seasonal ingredients are served, all of them from Tuscany and the Tyrrhenian sea, and some directly from the Gherardesca Garden. The menu is a voyage that starts in our garden with cheerfulness and rapidly increasing complexity and depth, reaching the peaks of sophisticate haute cuisine.

The Palazzo Della Gherardesca was unusual for its time in that its main interior space, the atrium, was originally designed as a secondary courtyard. Now covered with a glass roof, like the courtyard Lobby, the Hotel’s Atrium Bar occupies a vast sun-lit and decorative space, serving lunch, dinner, and the typical Italian aperitif, afternoon tea, desserts, coffee and cocktails. It offers a selection of delicious and out-of-the ordinary drinks, from the Valentino, our take on the classic Negroni, to the latest cocktails and preparations on the list. In the evenings, live piano music creates a relaxed, informal atmosphere that extends outdoors onto the terrace during the balmy summer months.
