Not too many places can do as many things well as this particular eatery. If guests just need some premium meat to bring home to cook, the butcher shop has its own entrance at the side of the building where guests can peruse all kinds of cuts of beef, lamb, pork and various kinds of house made sausages and pate. Naturally, Laurelhurst Market's menu focuses on the many fine cuts of meat that are cut on-site as well as farm fresh produce. Appetizers include the Charcuterie Board that features house made cured meats and pates with seasonal mostarda and house pickles. The pescatarian rice table for two was perfect. The small dishes, followed by the entrees, and finally the dessert, were perfect in quality, quantity, and flavor. The service was amazing. All together, this was a great experience.

I went solo and it was my first time there. Such a comfortable experience! The staff were super nice and friendly, and the salmon was a 10/10. Also please make the Apple cider cocktail a yeah round thing, it was so good.

Laurelhurst Market is our #1 place in Portland because it offers consistent, amazing food, superb service, and a wonderful outdoor space. We celebrated Christmas Eve and were treated to 5-star service, the most melt-in-your-mouth filet Mignon, tasty wine and cocktails, and a special end-of-meal egg nog made in-house. We will return soon.
