I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Classic Italian dishes grace the menu but are personalized with my unique touch. Quality and consistency is what you will find with each dish. I would never serve anything short of that. Unmatched table service. We eat out at very nice restaurants fairly frequently, but this was exceptional. Brian and Alex teamed up at our table and gave impeccable recommendations, preparations, and boxed up our food with style. The presentation of my husband‘s steak, hot on a serving cart, with juices ready to pour on it was stunning. We were truly impressed.

We go to the Festus MO White Castles on a regular basis. The food and service is always excellent! We also do the Valentine's Day dinner every year as it is my husband's favorite place to eat and it is also his birthday as well. Wouldn't go any place else.
