Great care has gone into preserving the structure and with it the legacy of a prominent Temecula family that was among the area’s first settlers. Small Barn has maintained the original residential scale and offers extensive outdoor seating including the large wrap-around porch, covered patio and fireside lounge seating.

    Such a fun and festive place. And the cuisine, I guess sort of American, is always superb. The place is encrusted with both conventional and unusual decor and it gives off a very warm and celebratory vibe. Service is always expert and friendly.

    Lovely server but she was out straight. She tried hard to give very personal service but there was not enough staff for the tables and she was not as present as I would have liked for the price point. the food was awesome.. The paella was a little heavy on the rice and light on the actual meat/seafood part but other than that it was excellent. Cocktails were perfect and the wine was excellent

    As we walked in we could tell this restaurant was going to be amazing! The food was fantastic, tons of great specials, we enjoyed the tuna tartare and antipasto platter which I highly recommend. A few of us enjoyed the halibut, chicken parm, lasagna, eggplant, and more…all so good!

    Hostess communicated that they were booked for the night. Went on OpenTable and saw multiple openings…. Walked down the street for 15 min, booked a reservation on OpenTable and she sat us…Hmm okay.

    If you're looking for a comforting mini getaway dining experience, The Cork kitchen is a must. Scenery overlooking beautiful stream and vineyards along with abundance of maple trees make the overall experience soothing and relaxing. The overall menu is delicately managed as it is subtle in variety. The ambiance is great, it's rather delicate noise levels make the dining experience comforting but loud enough to feel at ease. Make a visit and enjoy. Totally worth it.
