Just over the Devon bridge is a cozy, quaint restaurant by the name of Bridge House, which is situated in beautiful Milford. Featuring both indoor and outdoor seating and a private dining area capable of accommodating up to 80 guests, the establishment has been serving area residents with culinary professionalism since December 2007. Bridge House offers gastropub fare with a blend of English and Irish flavors and dŽcor.     Bright and airy atmosphere. Attentive and courteous service. Server kindly accommodated dietary restrictions. Food arrived in timely manner. Our party of 4 ordered both brunch and lunch items and everyone cleared their plates except me who ordered a salad large enough for 2 meals which I happily brought home. Off street free parking a huge plus! Will definitely be back!!!!

    Can’t say enough about how good this restaurant is. From the minute we walked in the service was spot-on. It never stopped being perfectly attentive. Specialty drinks were creative and very good. We had the Pear Martini and Pear Mule. And then the food. We had the Braised Short Ribs and Pork Chop. Both over polenta and both excellent. We live in a neighboring state and can’t wait to come back. Next time we’re in Shelton we’ll be eating here!

    We had an amazing time at Dockside! We reserved the Candy Cane Lane igloo for our annual pre-Christmas outing. The igloo was so fun, themed so well, supplied with heaters and even a speaker so we could play our own music. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. She was kind, fun and made sure we were all having a great time. The food and drinks were amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!
