Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. Reservations for large parties are required, however we are able to accommodate walk-ins should we have availability. I wanted to have the seasonal butternut squash ravioli with lobster and shrimp that sounded amazing. Looked at the seasonal menu before we went but didn’t look as it was pictured. There was not as much lobster as I expected, mostly shrimp for the price and it was floating in lobster sauce. I wish I had asked for it to be light sauce. Did not taste the brown butter flavor at all which in their picture looked like it would mostly be rather than the lobster sauceand feel like it should’ve been a thicker sauce rather than a broth

We’ve dined here many times. Whether we were alone, with friends or family, serve has always been excellent. Frenchy was our server last night and was very attentive. Food of course was delicious and always plentiful. I recommend to all to go here. You won’t regret it.
