The dining experience was overall pleasant, with a notable emphasis on the quality and presentation of the dishes, befitting a fine dining establishment. However, there is room for improvement in the service, particularly regarding the efficiency of taking orders and reducing wait times. While it is understandable that the preparation of high-quality meals requires time, a more streamlined process for placing orders would enhance the overall experience.

Our server Erin, was outstanding! The food came out hot and cooked to order!

It had been about 8 years since I had been to Banks. The oyster selection is decent. The Brussels sprout salad, clams casino and Lobster in the Nude were great. The only downside was the clam chowder, that was all potatoes and no clams.

We were celebrating our daughter's 50th birthday and couldn't have selected a better place to celebrate. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly hostess who escorted us to our table for ten. Immediately we were greeted by our waiter Elvis who was the best. He was always on top of everything. We brought a cake in from the outside and had candles "50th" to be placed on the cake, but before that could be done Elvis informed me that one of the candles had been broken at which time he went across the street to try and replace it with no luck. Not a big deal but it was to us because of his tenacity. Would highly recommend a night of pour delectable food and atmosphere and the bar was on spot! We will go again often!

Steaks were perfect, cooked spot on to order. Waiter, Jason, didn’t let my empty glass hit the table before asking if I wanted another. Will go back to try other cuts for sure.
