Red Gravy offers upscale casual modern Italian fare.Chef/Owner Eric Brenner spent his first decade in the industry inside Italian kitchens. Talking up St. Louis' wide-ranging Italian eatery scene, which gets as specific as regional specialties, he says he's wanted to have a place like this since he was 18."We're going to start very simple and accessible," he says, "we'll play to the crowd and start a dialogue, then grow the menu with community input.""Simple," includes dishes like his tomato bisque, with which only has five ingredients. "It's all about the perfect balance. And that gets back to the essence of good Italian food: quality ingredients, very few, in perfect balance." Other examples include his St. Louis-style, thin-crust pizza, best compared to a flat-bread.

You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced.     It was trluy a pleasure of dining here, and I can't recommend it enough! Paige, the bartender/server, went above and beyond to ensure everyone in the back room felt welcome and well taken care of. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor truly elevated the experience. She even made us a mocktail that was no longer on the menu to make sure my partner had a fantastic night. :) The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was a treat—and the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy. It’s rare to find a place where the service, food, and vibe are all equally outstanding. This restaurant is a definite 10/10 in my book!"

    First time trying this spot and I will be back! The food was absolutely delicious. I got the spice rubbed ribeye with potato purée and broccolini 10/10. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and they gave her a card and complimentary piece of cake. The service was also excellent, we had some issues with my friend’s order and the server went above and beyond to rectify the issue. A great experience overall 10/10!

    Our server Hunter was exceptional he answered all the questions my wife had and gave recommendations for the different adventures we should take while in Colorado Springs. Hats off to this gentleman!
