ZEST is the second venture for the owners of Grille 3501, an upscale casual restaurant which has sustained continued growth and success for over 20 years. Located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building on the South Side of Bethlehem, ZEST has had the honor of being awarded the Lehigh Valley's favorite rooftop of 2021, favorite atmosphere of 2020, and favorite new restaurant of 2019. Chef Justin Cogan brings New American cuisine to life with signature dishes including braised beef short ribs and crab & mango spring rolls. The views whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors are unparalleled. The 130 seat balcony lets you take in the sights of the southside like the steel stacks, Fahy and Hill to Hill bridges, and Bethlehem city hall in the distance. ZEST also features a partially open kitchen design, large 20 seat bar, and an indoor space with panoramic accordion sliding windows that let you experience the best of both worlds.

Reservations only guaranteed for indoor dining. Outdoor dining will be open weather/temperature depending. Taverns were a center of daily life in colonial times. They were the local, social and political hubs that spawned the thinking that led to the American Revolution. Tavern at the Sun Inn continues in this tradition offering a Colonial-inspired Seasonal food and beverage menu in a truly unique gathering spot.Tavern’s culinary team is led by Billy Gruenewald. He offers a casual tavern-style menu that changes to match what is seasonally available and features some ingredients that would have been available to Bethlehem’s founders.     Eggs were not warm. Bloody Mary was excellent. Pork roll could be served in a thicker slice. Service was excellent.

    The food and service were excellent and we were thrilled to learn our server Kali is also the pastry chef! We had the best crème brûlée we have ever eaten, along with an amazing espresso chocolate cake. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

    Tapas on Main is a wonderful dining experience! The menu choices were abundant and the cocktails were very interesting and delicious. My Mediterranean salad was fresh and filling. Service was great. I will definitely be back!

    We ate here Christmas Eve, second year in a row. Everything was very nice. Our server was outstanding and our cocktails, appetizers, entrees were all delicious. Service was attentive without hovering. We had prok belly, oysters, filet mignon, strip steak, baked potato, martinis and red wine...all wonderful.

    Had a wonderful time with my daughter and granddaughters celebrating our annual Christmas dinner. Would definitely go there again for any special occasion. Our server, Emily, was pleasant and with a great sense of humor. That's important to us as we like to have fun. The dessert was excellent.
