Cecconi’s has become a critically acclaimed dining destination featuring simply prepared Venetian inspired food and offers an elegant and relaxed dining experience to enjoy the cuisine of celebrated executive chef Sergio Sigala. Please note our dress code; guests must be fully clothed to dine & swimsuits must be fully covered. In the evening after 5pm, swimwear or beachwear will not be permitted.

Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the 4-floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented. To complement our wine list, there is a $60 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $120 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

    Located within the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel, Mirabella is an Italian restaurant specializing in coastal Italian dishes. Overlooking the beautiful hotel grounds, pools, and ocean, it’s a relaxing and very pleasant atmosphere. The food was outstanding. I’ve been to Italy a number of times, and while the food was still not quite the same as being there, it was definitely a strong cut above most American Italian restaurants. My wife had the Buccatini pasta with cascio de pepe (which is like a gourmet Mac & cheese with thick spaghetti), and I ordered the Gnocchetti, which is gnocchi shaped pasta (not potato) with shrimp and lump Maryland crab meat in a light tomato sauce. Wanting some additional protein, we each also ordered the polpette (meatballs). For dessert we shared the Tiramisu (enough for 2!) and it was by far the best Tiramisu we’ve ever had! The service was prompt & courteous, but not intrusive.
