Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is housed in an eco-friendly floating pavilion in a new riverside neighbourhood in Canary Wharf. Gently rising and falling with the tide, the main restaurant at dock-level is joined by a 120-seat waterside bar. Both include terraces with views across the water (squint your eyes and you might just see the ghosts of great ships laden with mighty lengths of timber that used to swing in and unload there). There's also a private dining room for up to 20 people named after the local legend Queenie Watts, a singer, songwriter, actor and self-confessed bawdy landlady (think Peggy Mitchell meets Joni Mitchell). The menu revolves around the best British produce the country has to offer with grass-fed dry-aged ethically reared beef, sustainable seafood from the South coast and some of the biggest hits from the Hawksmoor New York menu.

We’ve long loved Canary Wharf and it's rich history of the nearby Docklands and Billingsgate Market, yet Blacklock in a glass tower never quite fit. One look at an old disused warehouse nestled cosily in the corner of Canary Wharf underneath the train tracks of the North Dock and we knew we had found home. Good was lovely as usual, we had an amazing table upstairs with a view of the I've skating rink and our waiter was attentive and swift no useless conversation or theatrics. I am a huge of this Ivy venue!

Loved the experience at eadn. Staff were amazing. Food was also really delicious. Talk about the drinks? Good value for money and overall my friend and I had a lovely time. Looking forward to visiting again.

Very nice venue. It’s large but has a cosy feeling. The music was at a good level allowing us to converse. Food excellent and will be visiting again.
