The original Hot and Hot Fish Club was founded in the late 1700’s by the planters of All Saints Parish. The social club was dedicated to epicurean pursuits; gourmet food, strong drinks and festive times. The first club was said to be on Drunken Jack Island, located just a few miles south from here. Members of the original club described their past time spent on the island as the “happiest hours of their lives.” The Club was dismantled and finally laid to rest after the Civil War. An ever shifting sand bar off the coast of Huntington Beach State Park is all that remains of the original site. The Hot Fish Club today is located in the oldest existing restaurant building on the Grand Strand. Hot Fish Club remains a favorite gathering place today for discriminating locals and is open to everyone seeking Great Food, Great Drink, and Lively Conversation, in the spirit of those earlier revelers. We pride ourselves on our personal service and our desire to satisfy each guest.

Our Mama's meatballs, lasagna, marinara sauce, and our house made mozzarella are recipes that are passed down through the generations. We try to maintain a very friendly, cozy and happy feel to our restaurant. we ant you to feel like you are having a meal at one of your family's house. While we want to remain family friendly we also provide you with a restaurant that also has a romantic feel. Much of the same as the Tratorias of Italy. Service and food amazing as always! Always my go to place for my birthday. Shrimp appetizer, filets, lyonnaise potatoes and a hunk of NY Cheesecake were enjoyed by my wife and I. Place was packed and really loud so conversation was difficult as we were with another couple also celebrating a birthday . Love NY Prime and will return

We were there for lunch. The She Crab soup was delicious and I had a side salad with it. Others had the shrimp tacos and another had the steak tacos. Everything was very good.

The music was too loud. I had out of town guests and I couldn’t hear each other speak because the music was so loud. We were sitting in the small room off the main room. Do you only play loud country music?
