What a wonderful restaurant! It is an upscale dining experience with a neighborhood charm and ambiance. Jack, our waiter, was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. Jonathan, his assistant, was attentive without being intrusive. This is a definite “go to” place for us!

A trip to Palm Springs must include dinner at Si Bon. We enjoyed the Beet Salad as a starter. My wife always gets the short ribs as an entree. They melt in your mouth. I enjoyed the Salmon entrée which was perfectly cooked. You cannot leave without dessert. The special dessert was the Yule Log, a very healthy piece that was enough to feed two people. It was not cloyingly sweet, with distinguishable layers. Roberto patiently answered our questions about the menu and provided attentive service.

I've been going to Mitch’s a while. it's been a great spot to meet girlfriends at the bar have brunch or dinner but one year ago I had my first date with my true love and we are back for our anniversary one year later. Mitch rolled out the red carpet for us and made it a very special night. The food was delicious and the service is always incredible. Its such a special place to us now we highly recommend others making memories here. Thank you, Mitch.

The quality of a dining experience starts at the top. Management always gets blamed when things don’t go right, and management should get the kudos when it all goes well. Eddie V’s success in Palm Desert starts at the top. All the pieces fit: it starts with a friendly greeting, a manager that introduces himself, a service staff that exists to insure you’re comfortable with pace and all liquids refilled without asking. But, as good as all the service expectations being met, the excellence of the food is an equal portion of the experience. When all these elements come together: service, food quality, and the creation of a staff to live up to management’s vision, you are presented with the best dining in the entire Coachella Valley. This was the 2nd time visiting Mikado and once again a great experience from the Waitress being quick, efficient during Service. The Chef at the table was great and engaged the entire table in a fun way. The Food was delicious from the Sushi we ordered as well as the Food we selected on the Grill. Overall, great experience and definitely coming back! Thank you Mikado Team!
