The Formosa Cafe is a restaurant and bar founded in 1939 and located at 7156 Santa Monica Boulevard at the intersection with North Formosa Avenue, in West Hollywood, California.The restaurant has a long history of movie star and film industry patronage due to its close proximity to studio lot across the street, which began as the United Artists lot and was later owned by Warner Bros. In 2024, the original location of Petit Trois, on Highland Ave in Hollywood, celebrates 10 years as a beloved, can't miss part of LA's dining scene. Chef/Owner Ludo Lefebvre puts his spin on classic French flavors including the cult-favorite Big Mec burger, swimming in rich Bordelaise sauce, perfectly roasted Heritage chicken with compressed potatoes fried in clarified butter, a French Dip sandwich served with a version of the restaurant's onion soup for dipping, and lots more. The experience, as usual, was EXCELLENT. I have been going to La Boheme for over 20 years. It is my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles with the best ambiance. This time was even more exceptional than usual. Our server, Cynthia, went above and beyond. And her personable attitude, went very far with us. Thank you La Boheme for another wonderful date night.

my experience with business associates, clients and friends has always been absolutely superb! This afternoon I am reminded that these are the nicest, easiest and no fuss people. I had Tony today and usually i have Angel, both top notch and a pleasure, waitstaff lovely, Matrix d' hotel, Barbara always the perfect hostess. I wish i could come here everyday!
