La comida muy buena, calidad y sabor excelente. El servicio muy lento y para las bebidas había que pedirlas hasta 3 veces para que llegaran. Los meseros muy poco amables.

By far one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. The service is attentive and kind. And the ambiance is beautiful. Overall a 10/10

There was a beautiful table, generous cocktails, and a delicious dinner. But the topper is that I did not finish my dinner; it was beautifully packaged and placed in a black take-out bag for me. I forgot the bag when leaving the restaurant. I was walking down San Vicente, and I heard someone calling my name. It's Quentin, our waiter, bringing me my leftovers. Amazing, above-and-beyond-service. Baltaire is in my top five restaurants in LA. Quentin, thank you again.

He went above and beyond by recommending incredible cocktails tailored to our preferences and even crafting them to perfection himself. Ricky's smile never left his face, and his generous attention to detail elevated our dining experience. Combine his stellar service with Calabra's amazing Mediterranean food, and it was an evening to remember. Thank you, Ricky - you're a gem!

L’endroit, tout d’abord, est exceptionnel. La décoration est extrêmement original, cosy, quelque soit l’endroit où nous soyons assis. Concernant les plats, ils étaient très bons, gourmands, chatoyants, et nous ne regrettons aucun des fois que nous avons fait. Pour finir, la carte des vins est exceptionnelle et le service attentionné , compétent et particulièrement disponible. Bravo !
