Foi criada por uma família venezuelana com raízes lusas que se dedicou ao mundo da gastronomia, tendo restaurantes tradicionais venezuelanos em Caracas e uma roulote chamada “El Gran Chaparral”. Após enfrentar a crise econômica em seu país, eles embarcaram em uma jornada pela Europa, explorando experiências gastronômicas. Finalmente, eles lançaram o projeto “Bonche Grill” em Portugal, onde, após três anos, possuem dois locais em Porto e Matosinhos.
