Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     6:00 PM reservation. Arrived early and taken immediately. Seated in a nice booth and greeted immediately with water and bread. The waiter, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, then greeted us and served us exceptionally prepared drinks and provided special options. We got the 8-ounce filet and the lamb chops both expertly prepared and sooooo tasty. The scallopped potatoes and cream corn were also excellent. Creme Broulee dessert for two with berries was fresh. The entire evening was so well done. This is our "go-to" place for all our celebrations and we are never disappointed.

    It was our first time at 10 and we could not have had a better experience. The service was IMPECCABLE! Johnny made our night and treated us like royalty. The drinks were so complex and innovative. The food was delicious. The best steak I've had in a LONG time. Get the brandy-cream sauce, you won't regret it. We have to come back to try the sushi!
