Kitchen in the Desert is a Caribbean and New American restaurant located just outside the Twentynine Palms entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. First of all , thank you to the amazing employees that make 849 so special, specifically Ruby. She is great. 849 is one of our regular spots. Love the GF, vegan/vegetarian dishes and non alcoholic options. (I do miss the cauliflower dish. Sorry… the cabbage just doesn’t work for me) Love you guys and thank you.

One of the best sushi and whiskey experience I have ever had - definitely recommend and will be going there again…. The blue corn tortillas tuna rolls are a must have, and the lobster rolls… great service and food!

Ah-mazing dining here! We had the lobster bisque which is some of the best you can get anywhere. We then split a 1.5 lb plate of Alaskan king crab legs. Really good! Service is good here, too.
